Project Background:
Ghost Wall is an interactive and responsive modular wall prototype. Each cell is made from CNC milled foam and tightly wrapped in a white scrim. From the inside of each cell a stepper motor pulls the scrim tight against the milled contours within exposing a hidden shape beneath. Stepper motors are controlled with an Arduino and users interact with the wall via Kinect motion tracking.
