Maxwell Mensching has received his Master's Degree in Architecture from Yale University ‘17 and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges ‘11.
During his time at Yale, Maxwell was awarded a teaching fellowship to assist in the instruction of a core-class specializing in the visualization, interaction design, fabrication and automation of architectural elements. Several of his works have been published in the Yale School of Architecture's annual publication, Retrospecta - a compilation of faculty selected works from the year prior.
Currently Maxwell is a Senior-level Design Technologist in New York City.
Formerly Maxwell was an architectural/experience designer for the LAB at Rockwell Group (2011-2014) and an interaction designer for SOFTlab (Summer 2016).
Maxwell has an extensive background in architectural design, design automation & optimization, experience & interaction design, fabrication, and installation.
