Project Background:

This project was an exercise in developing a purpose-built co-working facility that leverages an integrated & flexible proprietary partition system as a means to optimize rentable income and added flexibility for growth-oriented start-ups.

Solo-entrepreneurs occupy a common co-working space, while established companies occupy a framework of modules that utilize three (3) simple partition elements to produce a wide range of rentable floor areas.

As companies downsize, area is returned to the shared amenity flex space intended for use by solo-entrepreneurs.

Framework members can increase or decrease the size of their space with touch of a button.

All three dynamic partition elements are used together to allow Framework members to grow or shrink the size of their business as needed. In this floor plan view, each color represents a different company throughout it's life-cycle while the gray represents flex space.
